Dengan motinasi ini sebenarnya sarana menuju kesuksesan pada setiap usaha apapun. Rahasia untuk sukses dengan relatif mudah, adalah kamampuan megelola agar pikiran, perasaan, dan perbuatan yang saya lakukan selaras seirama. Motivasi saya yang saat ini sedang kuliah di UNITOMO fakultas teknik informatika agar cepat menyelesaikan kuliah dengan cepat dan normal, setidak-tidaknya lulus dengan waktu yang relatif singkat, kurang lebih 4 tahun, dan denga IPK min 3,dan setangah saya paksakan / walaupun saya sambil bekerja di sebuah perusahaan asing di bidang manufaktur BOILER (Pembangkit listrik tenaga uap), yang tentunya waktu bekerja dan kuliah sering berbenturan,dan tentunya membuat batok kepalaku cemut-cemut, namun saya tetap akan terus maju demi cita-citaku, dan demi masa depan anak-anakku kelak.

Dan disini saya mencoba memotivasi diri akan kiat-kiat agar saya cepat lulus dengat cepat dan meraih IPK 3, yakni ;

* Saya harus menyempatkan membaca materi kuliah di saat lam istirahat di perusahaan.

* Saya harus berusaha memahami setiap materi kuliah .

* Setiap ada tugas dari dosen, saya harus berusaha mengerjakan walaupun belum pasti akan

kebenarannya.

* Saya harus menyelesaiakn kuliah secepatnya (max 4 th)

* Saya harus lulus denga IPK 3.

* Saya akan tunjukkan pada anak saya bahwa ayahnya adalah ahli komputer yang handal.

* Saya akan mendirikan WARTEL terbesar di tempat tinggalku, dan saya akan membuka usah servis komputer yang tentunya saya akan mempekerjakan semua anak muda di daerah tempat tinggalku.

Kekuatanku :

* Mohon maaf sampai saat ini saya masih banyak kekurangan.

Kelemahanku :

* Masih awam tentang komputer.

* Masih awam tentang pemrograman.

* Mudah ngantuk. lapar ,dll.

* Jenis pekerjaan yang tidak sesuai dengan keahlianku

* Pimpinan yang tidak mengetahui akan kekurangan dan kelebihanku

* Lingkungan pekerjaan yang membosankan

* Sarana transfortasi(sepeda motor) yang sering masuk bengkel(umur sudah tua)

* Keuangan pas-pasan

* Punya pacar / istri yang cerewet

Penyebab Yang Membuat Diriku Bahagia :

* Setia habis terima gaji bulanan

* Mendapatkan bonus dari perusahaan

* Punya teman yang bisa diajak kerja sama

* Lingkungan pekerjaan yang nyaman, bersih, rapi, dll.

* Melihat hasil ujian dengan nilai yang memuskan.

Software engineering is related to the disciplines of computer science, computer engineering,
management, mathematics, project management, quality management, software ergonomics,
and systems engineering.[6]

Computer science (or computing science) is the study of the theoretical foundations of information
and computation and their implementation and application in computer systems.

The term has been used less formally:

* as the informal contemporary term for the broad range of activities that were formerly called programming and systems analysis;
* as the broad term for all aspects of the practice of computer programming, as opposed to the theory of
computer programming, which is called computer science;
* as the term embodying the advocacy of a specific approach to computer programming, one that urges
that it be treated as an engineering discipline rather than an art or a craft, and advocates
the codification of recommended practices.

Systems engineering is an interdisciplinary field of engineering, that focuses on the development and organization of
complex artificial systems. Systems engineering is defined by INCOSE as “a branch of engineering whose responsibility is
creating and executing an interdisciplinary process to ensure that customer and stakeholder’s needs are satisfied in
a high quality, trustworthy, cost efficient and schedule compliant manner throughout a system’s entire life cycle,
from development to operation to disposal. This process is usually comprised of the following seven tasks:
State the problem, Investigate alternatives, Model the system, Integrate, Launch the system, Assess performance,
and Re-evaluate. The systems engineering process is not sequential: the tasks are performed in a parallel and
iterative manner.

A software development process is a structure imposed on the development of a software product.
Synonyms include software life cycle and software process. There are several models for such processes,
each describing approaches to a variety of tasks or activities that take place during the process.

About 1/2 of all software projects are cancelled by users who change their minds,
whether or not the software engineers would have succeeded

Maintenance: Most (70% or more) software engineering effort over the total lifetime of a system goes into
maintenance and upgrades[citation needed].

Delivery: In the course of taking a large software project from conception to end user acceptance
(and actual use) the cost of developing the software will typically range from 20-30% of the total.
Other activities (documentation, Training infrastructure, Support infrastructure,Deployment and Network design, etc)
account for the other 70-80%.

Software Engineering Methods aims to examine some of the more specific processes required for the production of
high quality software, for example, methods for testing software, ensuring reliability or performance in software.
At the conclusion of this subject students are expected to understand the principles of software testing,
to know how to apply software testing techniques to the development of quality software, to understand the principles of
software reliability and methods for assessing software reliability; to understand and apply a range of engineering methods.

Computer-aided software engineering (CASE) is the use of software tools to assist in the development
and maintenance of software. Tools used to assist in this way are known as CASE Tools.
